New Paperback Posted

Hi all, I just posted a new paperback on Amazon.com called "Let Our Memories Escape:  Poems to Remember."  And the ebook will be available on 1/17.

Link:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08STS8ZP1

Here is one of the poems from it as a sample:

        Erudition

Arched frames and wooden doors
Garland a world all its own, with
Limestone facades and shiny floors,
Such hallowed halls do shape
Their callow minds to wake.
Incipient philosophies rise,
Their knowledge does grow,
But willing arms do break
The simple and cherished vase
Of pennies and dimes they saved,
Of delicate matters they desert.
In betwixt the books a table lies
In a windowless room of stuffy airs,
This is where conjectures rise;
This is where professors go
Discovering with aplomb.
But secret stacks do hide
A sacred arcana unknown.
The answers at their core
Always lie just beyond the hill;
But these truths appear to some alone –
That all that waits is more riddles to chase
Just beyond the bow.
Seeking gold and fortune flakes,
Building a maze of science and space,
A labyrinth of faith,
Holds each firmly in his place.
Thus a summit unseen is observed
As none can see the lies which come
Bubbling up from deep within.
